Who are AViSTO’s employees?

All our employees are graduates of engineering schools or hold an equivalent Master’s degree.

What is the experience level of your engineers?

Our teams consist of professionals with a wide range of experience levels:

Interns, Apprentices, Recent graduates (<1 year of experience), Confirmed engineers (1–3 years), Experienced engineers (3–7 years), Experts (>7 years)

Do you also recruit interns and apprentices?

Yes:

• For interns, mainly at Master 2 level , as part of their final year project.
• For apprentices, also mainly at Master 2 level.
  At some of our technical centers, we also welcome students for their 4th year internship, followed by an apprenticeship (via spontaneous application).
• Being fluent in French is a prerequisite.

What is specific about your business engineers and account managers?

All our business/account managers have a technical background (Master 2 level) and most have previously worked as consultants.

Their role is threefold: they handle recruitment, career development of engineers in their teams, and client relations.

Where are your offices located?

Our headquarters is in Vallauris, France, close to the French Riviera, which also hosts the national technical department and their teams.

In addition to Vallauris, our main technical centers are in Paris, Grenoble, Lyon, and Aix-en-Provence.

We are also present in Toulouse, Rennes, Nantes, and Lille via ADVANS Group

Internationally, we operate three technical centers in Serbia (Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Niš), and we are also present in Portugal (Lisbon) and the United States (San Jose) through ADVANS Group.

What are your modes of engagement?

We offer four main engagement models (CL = Commitment Level):

• CL1: Staff augmentation / Time & materials
• CL2: Competence center
• CL3: Service center
• CL4: Design office

More than half of our projects are carried out in CL2 / CL3.
